Went for a P.R. (Personal Record) today.. my max previously was 155lbs (while on a cut) and so today i decided i'd try to do 165lbs.. well not only did I do that and smash it.. but I was able to squat 175lbs!
Very proud of myself for hitting that P.R. today despite being on a cut (losing weight)... I am definitely trying to build my booty! (for those of you ladies who want to build a booty - these are great!)

That pretty much ended my workout for today! I went to the gym yesterday and did chest/back/shoulders and triceps.. but of course i forgot to write it- and honestly forgot what I did haha cause there were so many exercises i did.. but anywho! till next gym session! :P
