I was going through some videos on my computer the other day and stumbled upon this video of my then 2 year old daughter Khristianna (this was filmed in 2008 She is now 5 years old) was dancing/singing to her favorite song "Boom boom Pow" By the Black Eyed Peas.


It made me giggle and made me miss how free spirited she was when she was 2 years old.  Now she's so shy and wouldn't dare do anything like this *sad face* 


So I thought i'd share with you all her little video :P it totally made my day!

I colored my hair! :)

Hi all! :) It's so gloomy and rainy out today, but I thought that I'd set aside some time to blog about my new 'do.


It's been two months since I did anything to my hair (yes I typically get bored easily with my hair).. and I've been wanting to do this fad for so long - I remember when it first became 'popular' starting with the nails etc and moved on to hair... but of course didn't have the guts to do it..and plus my hair was still a bit short.


So I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment and did it. It was very much needed!


Here's a picture of what my hair was like before:

And here is my hair now! (well sneak peek since you can't really see the colors)

But yes - I wanted to do the whole Ombre hair.. I know some people don't like it.. but I do :) 

My phone cut my hair off, but it's actually almost to my bewbs (3 inches from the nippies!!) LoL (don't know how else to explain it haha) 

Whereas before it was a few inches past my shoulders.. My pregnancy + taking prenatal pills has really worked wonders for my hair! it's longer and a lot thicker now! 

My skin however has dried up like crazy :( 

I'm going to "try" to do some videos this week, hopefully you all will be able to see my new hair 'do before I have to wash it and then can't style it like my hairstylist did haha..

My first Etsy Purchase and we're finally home!

So for those of you that were wondering where I've been.. it's been super hectic here lately.  For those that follow me on twitter or instagram know that recently Newborn Baby Sophia had some medical complications and she had to be admitted into the hospital for possibly having Hirschsprung's disease. I'll go into a separate post in detail later..


But for now - thank you all for the supportive texts/e-mails/tweets that you all have sent me and my family! 


Because of your prayers, we are finally home!




I wanted to share with you before Baby Sophia was admitted into the hospital - My Husband had purchased a jewelry holder for me, since I kept leaving my jewelry around everywhere because I didn't have anywhere to put it lol.. I hinted my hubby (by sending him the links lol) that i was interested in a few jewelry holders.. and two weeks or so later - I received it! :)

Baby is 1 week old already!

Hi everyone! I seriously cannot believe it's already been a week since I had baby Sophia! She officially turned 1 week old yesterday (Friday).  She has been such a pleasure and my daughters have been enjoying her as much as my husband and I have been.


She wakes up every 2-3 hours to eat (She is breastmilk fed, but I currently am pumping exclusively). She only cries if she is hungry or has a soiled diaper, otherwise she is quite easy to comfort (which is such a blessing since my two daughter were both very hard to take care of when they were this age!) 


some people were asking me to do a 'post pregnancy' video, and i'm definitely thinking of doing one. I'm thinking of doing it when I officially go on maternity leave from school. (yes i'm still in school right now doing work and what not lol) so it starts in April and will probably have time to film then. 

Welcome to the World Baby!

For those wondering what happened to me.. lol - I actually had my baby this past Friday and it was the longest labor ever (well to me lol)..


but we're home and adjusting quite well.. but sorry for my absence, I've added a new bundle of joy to my family and we're all as smitten as can be :)


so if you don't hear from me for awhile, just know i'm busy! (3 kids, school, hubby!) but i'll be updating the blog and doing videos when I can! :)

Review :: L'Oreal 24hr Infallible eyeshadows with Swatches

Around the same time that I purchase the Maybelline 24/7 Color Tattoo's, I just so happen to stumble upon some of the L'oreal 24hr Infallible Eyeshadows.  I do not have all of them, but rather 6 of the ones that caught my eye. 


There are a total of 12 Shades:

- Iced Latte
- Infinite Sky
- Midnight Blue

What L'Oreal claims is that these intense colored eyeshadows are supposed to be long lasting for a full 24 hours. It's a Powder-Cream Texture. They claim to be water proof, crease resistant and fade resistant

Video :: My 1st Influenster Love Vox Box

So if you follow me on twitter/facebook or instagram - you know by now (since i tweeted etc yesterday) I received my Influenster VoxBox yesterday and wanted to share with you all what was inside the box. It was my first time receiving a VoxBox.


If you're wondering what Influenster is - It's FREE to register/sign-up. And you then take a few lifestyle quizzes and you then earn badges. The more badges you earn, the more chances you'll get to participate in receiving their voxboxes. So In February, I got the e-mail that I qualified to get a "Love VoxBox" (the theme love because of v-day, which was around the time I received the e-mail). 

Video :: What I'm packing in my Hospital bag (requested)

So I had originally filmed this video On Monday March 5, 2012 (When I really turned 37 weeks) But due to being super busy with my kids events at school, preparing for baby and other motherly duties and school stuff for myself - I was not able to edit this till now :P

My amazing YT Subbies, Blog & Twitter friends had asked me to do a video (since I mentioned this in my previous pregnancy vlog) on What I'm bringing in my hospital bag for when I go into labor.

Please keep in mind, I plan to have my baby (this is my 3rd), vaginally & naturally. If I am able to do so, this will be my 2nd successful VBAC (My first baby was c-section because of medical complications)

So i'm basing my hospital bag from my previous delivery (actually for that baby I had gone into full blown labor so fast I didn't even have my bags packed!). I didn't stay in the hospital long at all, only one night and left the next morning. 

Tutorial :: Naked Palette Smokey Eye

So I had originally filmed this video almost 2 weeks ago, it was the only time I had available (of course at night when the kiddies were sleeping).. And I had accidentally deleted it and it was a mess I thought I didn't have it and ended up re-filming it.. so if you see one with a nude lip (that was the original one that was supposed to go up) and in the video the one with a berry colored lip, I decided to be a bit more dramatic/glam so :) you can totally dress up the look!

In the video I also was testing out the new Ardell Double Up lashes (claims to be 2 lashes in 1) that my Mother in Law got for me when we were at Sally's the other day.. they are SUPER Dramatic, but.. because these lashes are supposedly doubled up, the band is extremely hard for me to work with, and ended up looking all wonky on the video LOL - so I do apologize, yes I'm aware the lashes do not suit me :P I'll stick to my Kiss 03 lashes :D or perhaps just try a different ardell ones.. these ones just looked terrible on me..

But anyway, I wanted to do a look featuring the Urban Decay Naked Palette, because I didn't want it to feel left out (cause I had done a previous tutorial using Naked2) :P lol. So this Smokey is is super easy and I do hope you enjoy it! 

36 Week Pregnancy Vlog Update :: What to pack for Hospital Bag?

Hi Everyone! SO o-m-g, I'm officially 36 weeks pregnant today! (9 MONTHS!) time flew right by this pregnancy! Sad to say I don't have many pictures of me being pregnant.. then again, I didn't have many pictures of me pregnant with my other two.

What's in my February MyGlam Bag

So I've been subscribed to MyGlam for the past two months now. (MyGlam is a subscription service similar to birchbox etc). The first bag I received was okay(In January), but it was a disaster trying to get my bag to me (So many shipping issues). This month, the bag came on time, but the products were just bleh.  The only thing I really did like was the bag and that was still kind of iffy.

I understand it's only $10, but for the products that were in this month's MyGlam bag, I was really not impressed. The sole reason I wanted to subscribe to MyGlam was because of the initial bag in December that I saw - Had a full sized Urban Decay Eyeshadow with other samples which were high end I believe.

It sort of went down hill from that first bag, in my opinion. I had tried Birchbox once and didn't like that either, so I cancelled it - if MyGlam dissapoints me again, I'm going to cancel and either go back to birchbox or find another monthly subscription to join.

Here are the contents of this month's MyGlam Bag.

Supposedly the X-Out product was placed in "meaningful beauty" empty tubes, so there's a big fuss about if it's really meaningful beauty facial wash or X-Out shine control. I have not tried the product yet, because honestly I'm scared to try it out in fear of breaking out.  But MyGlam has confirmed that it is the X-Out Product inside and not meaningful beauty product, the company had just over produced tubes I guess and so they just placed a new label on top of it. Either way, I'm still iffy on using it.

The $100 off "Gift Certificate" is really just a coupon.  And the sucky thing about it is - you can only use it on hair extensions and hair appliances.  Which would be fine if it were a real Gift Certificate! (Gift Certificates are like cash where you could use it for whatever you wanted for that store, and you could also use a coupon code in conjunction with the gift certificate). MyGlam gives you a coupon code on how to claim your $100 off. But mind you the hair tools on the NuMe website are freaking expensive as hell - where you'd have to shell out $50 not including shipping!

So I honestly don't see the point in that "gift certificate" or coupon. Im probably not going to use it. This month's bag was a real disappointment. They gave us freaking chocolate. If i was going to pay $10 for a cheap makeup bag, coupon code for something I can't use, chocolates and a mislabeled item, I would have gotten something else.

I think I will give MyGlam ONE last chance before I ultimately decide to cancel or not. In the Meantime, I'm going to be looking at other sample boxes/bags in hopes I find something worth keeping and spending my Money on.

Review :: Maybelline 24/7 Color Tattoo with Swatches

So, if you remember from my huge collective haul blog post and video, I have all 10 eyeshadows of the Maybelline 24/7 Color Tattoo Cream eyeshadows.


I wanted to give my input/review and share my swatches with those that still do not have them yet or are on the fence about getting them, or just want to see swatches!


I did purchase these with my own money, I did not purchase them all at once. I had to find these in different stores and a lot of times the drugstores I found them in were having sales which really helped. The cheapest that i've found them is at Target.
