Hubby and I decided to go late night gym session because we were so busy with the morning (little one had a dentist appt) and other errands, and then we hung out with my brothers and their gf's and went to the mall.. and it was my first time going to LUSH store! didn't even know we had one here until i saw it!
it was real fun! i'll elaborate more on a different post.. but here is what we did during our upper body gym session. (really easy workout tonight)
Back:
Lat Pull Down Machine - 70lbs - 5 sets of 5 repetitions
High Row (cable machine) - 60lbs - 3 sets of 8 repetitions
Shoulders:
(Warm up exercise) Bent over Dumbbell Lateral Raise - 15lbs each hand - 3 sets of 8 repetitions
(Warm up exercise) Bent over Dumbbell Lateral Raise - 15lbs each hand - 3 sets of 8 repetitions
Military Press (dumbbells) - 15lb each hand - 5 sets of 5 repetitions
Calves:
Standing Calf raises - 3 sets of 20 (no weights)
that pretty much was it! :D
