Went to the gym with Hubby again.. he ended up doing legs while I worked out shoulders, triceps and calves..
- Barbell Bench Press

** Instead of resting, I did rope jumping for 1 minute.. sooo that means I did 3 sets of 1 minute.. rope jumping..
- Bench Dips

** Instead of resting, I did 3 sets of 15 reps of mountain climbers and then immediately started over..
**Super Set
- Standing Dumbbell upright row
