I went for a morning run for 25 minutes instead of 30 because Sophia was so cranky she wouldn't let me leave (maybe she knew it was my first day back at school lol)

Then I added in 30 minutes on the elliptical since I knew I wouldn't be able to run after school (I get off at 11PM!)
Then when I got home from the gym - I realized that I was on the wrong day on my workout LOL.. and realized shoulders was an easy thing to do and I could do it at home.. so Yes I did that at home! Guess I just wanted an excuse to test out Hubby's new IronMaster Dumbbell Set we all pitched in to get him for his birthday/father's day!
