Hubby has been doing tons of research on the best kind of dumbbell set/rack for us and I think he may have found the perfect ones lol.. we'll see! If any of you would like to see our set up (of what we kinda have right now) i'd love to show you, just comment down below to let me know!
So I have been losing some weight and unfortunately, when you lose weight - you sorta lose strength lol.. bummer! incase some of you have been noticing the decrease in weight i've been lifting, that's why.. but i'm going to keep going to the gym - it's bikini season and i'm far from ready lol..
anywho We did Legs, Biceps and Abs today.. I did some shoulder rehab work with this spiffy cable machine, hope to save up for one of those one day. My Husband has an injured shoulder and he's been doing some rehab work on it, and i recently injured my shoulder as well (not as bad as my Hubby's) and he suggested I do some rehab workouts as well.
