Gym Session :: 07/01/2012


Went to the gym with Hubby again.. he ended up doing legs while I worked out shoulders, triceps and calves..




- Barbell Bench Press
45lbs x 15 (just the bar)
45lbs x 15
45lbs x 15
** Instead of resting, I did rope jumping for 1 minute.. sooo that means I did 3 sets of 1 minute.. rope jumping..

- Bench Dips
BW x 15 (BW = Body Weight)
BW x 15
BW x 15
** Instead of resting, I did 3 sets of 15 reps of mountain climbers and then immediately started over..

**Super Set
- Standing Dumbbell upright row
10lbs x 15 (10lb each hand)
10lbs x 15
10lbs x 15
- Arnold Dumbbell Press
10lbs x 15 (10lb each hand)
10lbs x 15
10lbs x 15
** Instead of resting, I did rope jumping for 1 minute.. sooo that means I did 3 sets of 1 minute.. rope jumping.. then started over..

**Super Set
- Side Lateral Raise
5lbs x 15 (5lbs each hand)
5lbs x 15
5lbs x 15
- Tricep Pushdown (Rope Attachment)
30lbs x 15
30lbs x 15
30lbs x 15
** Instead of resting, I did rope jumping for 1 minute.. sooo that means I did 3 sets of 1 minute.. rope jumping.. then started over..

** Super Set:
- Medicine Ball Pushups
3 sets of 10 reps, both hands on ball
- Pushups
BW x 10
BW x 10
BW x 10

** Super Set:
- Standing Calf Raises
25lbs x 20
25lbs x 20
25lbs x 20
- Seated Calf Raise
25lbs x 20
25lbs x 20
25lbs x 20

Extras:
- Bent Over Side Lateral Raise (for rear delts)
10lbs each hand x 12
10lbs each hand x 12
10lbs each hand x 12

- Leg Raises on Roman Chair
3 sets of 25

- Weighted Crunches
40lbs x 25
40lbs x 25
40lbs x 25

- Crunches
3 sets of 25

And that summed up today's workout.. Till tomorrow! :D
