Great to be back on track and at the gym.. decided to do a complete upper body series.. :)

Wide Pushups:
3 sets of 12 repetitions

Narrow Pushups:
3 sets of 12 repetitions

Dumbbell Bench Press:

Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes:

Standing Dumbbell Triceps Extension:
10lbs x 12
10lbs x 12
10lbs x 12

Triceps Pushdown (with Rope attachment):
30lbs x 12
30lbs x 12
30lbs x 12

Wide Grip Lat-Pulldown:
50lbs x 12
50lbs x 12
50lbs x 12 
(really focusing on my lats when I pulled down)

One arm Dumbbell Row:
15lbs x 12
15lbs x 12
15lbs x 12

Seated Cable Rows:
50lbs x 12
50lbs x 12
50lbs x 12

Underhand Cable Pulldowns:
30lbs x 12
30lbs x 12
30lbs x 12

Dumbbell Bicep Curl (alternating):
12.5lbs x 12
12.5lbs x 12
12.5lbs x 12

Standing Biceps Cable Curl:
30lbs x 12
30lbs x 12
30lbs x 12
