Gym Session :: 01/01/2012 - it's a leg and bicep kinda day

Happy New Year Everyone! I can't believe how fast 2011 came and went. Now it's 2012 and let's start the new year off right! 


So that's what Christian & I just did. We went to the gym with his friend Marlon. It was rather nice that it was pretty empty when we arrived, so we were able to get a lot of things done.

I'll split up this gym session in two (Christian's workout & Mine).. starting out with a picture from our workout! :D

That pretty much summed up our workout for New Years Day! :) afterwards, we ended up going on a double date with our good friends (woo hoo another married couple) Rick & Marilyn! We watched Mission Impossible :: Ghost protocol. I actually really liked the movie despite how long it was.. I found parts of it to be super humorous and other parts to be jam packed with action. We also ate at a sandwhich place called "Which Wich".. which was a really awesome sandwhich place - because we all checked in through yelp, we all got a free cookie to boot! Afterwards, had desert at Yogurtland! definitely had a great time! :) Must do that again!
