but anywho, we were able to work out.. took a little longer than usual since there were more people..
I ended up doing Chest/Back, while Christian & His friend Rick ended up doing Shoulders/Back.
I'll post his workout first.
- Incline Dumbbell Press
- Pec Flys (seated/machine)
- Cable Rows
- Lat pull down machine
I was supposed to film more footage, but because it was so jam packed, I couldn't.. I had a few people requesting a video of My workout (what a day at the gym looks like for us).. but since Hubby only recorded me doing squats yesterday, I'll have to take some footage from a few weeks ago when I was doing dumbbell deadlifts. I'll be posting that soon! thank you all for the support and for requesting videos!
