Gym Session :: 07/22/2011

Hey Everyone! there was a slight change of plans - ended up going to the gym with Karen and we did legs.


I went to the yucky gym lol.. and omg i remember now why i don't go there anymore lol - it's just SOO different.. heard they were going to close it down to remodel it (FINALLY!)


but anywho... I wasn't expecting it to be packed as it was.. but anywho we were still able to workout despite the lack of equipment (everything is either missing or broken)..



Legs:
-  Leg Press

We were supposed to add in Abs & Calves- but due to it being so jam packed - we had to just substitute it with what was available so we added in the other leg work lol

i wasn't feeling the greatest after the workout.. don't know if it was because of the pre work-out supplement i took.. but yea was not feeling good at all.. anywho what did you do for #FitFriday?
