Gym Session :: 07/09/2011

So Hubby & I had a lot to do prior to Tianna's birthday party - so we woke up a bit early to hit the gym. It was leg day for me - decided to do my usual, but lighter because i did not want to be to tired for the party.

Going to post the exercises a bit differently:
90lbsx5 = 90lbs x (for) 5 repetitions (if your wondering what the below mean)

Legs:
-  Leg Press

Biceps:
- Alternating DB bicep curls

- Standing Hammer Curls
12.5lbx8
12.5lbx8
12.5lbx8

Abs:
BW (Bodyweight) - 3 sets of 30 crunches.

that was pretty much my workout for the day..
