Gym Session :: 07/25/10 + upcoming mini-giveaway!

Happy Sunday Everyone! Today, I woke up a bit early and went to the gym today to work out Shoulders/Biceps. here are the workouts that I did for each muscle group.

Shoulders:
  • Dumbbell Side Raises - 3 sets of 8 repetitions (15lbs each hand)
  • Dumbbell Front Raises - 3 sets of 8 repetitions (15lbs each hand)
  • Dumbbell Press - 3 sets of 8 repetitions (15lbs each hand)
Biceps:
  • Dumbbell Curls (alternating) - 3 sets of 8 repetitions (15lbs each hand)
  • Hammer Curls - 3 sets of 8 repetitions (15lbs each hand)
  • Barbell Curls - 3 sets of 8 repetitions (20lb bar)
Also! I wanted to let you all know that i'm only 10 followers away from my little mini-giveaway!   1. Girl, you need to get me motivated to work out with weights. I do a lot of running, but need to tone the body!

    it's always good to start slow! :) so lighter weights are okay and work your way up til you love it! :) lol
